of glas design).
- 1993/1994, 1 term, Constantantijn Hygens
Kunstschool in Kampen

- Since 1991 member of the Young Artists
Association of Latvia.

Education:
- 1982 - 1986 Applied Art School in Riga.
- 1986 - 1993 Latvian Academy of Arts (dept.
of environmental art). 1993/1994, 1 term, Constatantijn Hygens Kunstschool
in Kampen (The Netherlands).
- Since 1993 member of the Young Artists
Association of Latvia.
Rasa Smite and Raitis Smits are founders of
the first new media art organization in Latvia - Electronic Art and Media
Center "E-L@b". Work by creating and developing "E-L@b"
structure since 1996.
Since 1993 work together in media art field
