Partners and associates of Leimanis, Gulbis & Partners represent the new generation of Latvian lawyers (27-33 years of age). All partners and associates of Leimanis, Gulbis & Partners have received both solid Latvian and Western training. Almost all of them are western trained LL.M.s or currently working on their master of laws degrees at Latvian Universities. The policy of Leimanis, Gulbis & Partners is to employ associates with LL.M. degree or degree in process.
In addition to academic education associates of the firm attend numerous courses and seminars both domestic and foreign in order to have a good understanding of western business traditions similarly accepted and used at Leimanis, Gulbis & Partners.
All partners and associates of Leimanis, Gulbis & Partners do have a perfect knowledge of English, Russian and Latvian and all of them are licensed to practice law in Republic of Latvia.
