LEGAL FEES
Leimanis, Gulbis & Partners carries out a flexible compensation policy. As we prefer to work with clients based on attorney-client agreement which puts down the basic guarantees for the client, the firm offers each client specifically designed legal charges. Leimanis, Gulbis & Partners prefers the clients to decide which scheme works best for them and charges accordingly. Our biggest clients often choose to be charged a monthly fee which includes day-to-day legal services in the range of 15 effective working hours. Such fee also includes all expenses (except travel outside Riga City) incurred by the firm. Additional hours are compensated on a hourly fee basis.
Leimanis, Gulbis & Partners extends significant discounts to its biggest clients. Our bonus system usually is tailored to specific wishes of the client. Generally, discount of 15% is available if total effective hours exceed 20 hours per month. Similarly, discount may be tied to a specific amount on the bill.
Leimanis, Gulbis & Partners regular hourly fee is USD 140 per effective hour. Such fee includes all expenses (except travel outside Riga City) incurred by the firm.
